Engaged Mindfulness

The ancient Buddhist practice of Mindfulness is the journey of finding inner peace and happiness within. It is only through looking deeply within ourselves that we can discover an unconditional well being not based on external sources. This awakening in the midst of our busy, interactive life is called Engaged Mindfulness.  EM is a practice that incorporates the principals of mindfulness with depth psychology to discover our true nature: inner happiness and how to express it in our lives.
